Account Deletion - Coming Soon

The account deletion feature is currently under development and will be available in a future update of the FitAstra app.

We're committed to giving you full control over your data and are working to implement this feature as soon as possible.

Temporary Account Deletion Process

While we work on implementing the in-app account deletion feature, you can request account deletion by contacting our support team:

Email Request Process

  1. Send an email to support@fitastra.co
  2. Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line
  3. In your email, please provide:
    • The email address associated with your account
    • Your full name as it appears in the app
    • The phone number linked to your account (if applicable)
  4. Our support team will process your request within 5 business days
  5. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted

What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted

  • Your profile and personal information will be permanently removed from our systems
  • Your session history, connections, and messages will be deleted
  • You will no longer have access to any premium features you may have purchased
  • Your data will be removed from our active systems within 30 days

Data Retention

While most of your data is deleted immediately, some information may be retained in our backup systems for up to 90 days. Additionally, we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
